Agreement
These terms govern access to AIF Platform, operated by The Pirate Crew Marketing LLC. By accessing the platform, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use AIF Platform for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that organization.
Platform access
AIF Platform is a controlled business workspace. Access is limited to authorized users, organizations, projects, and activated tools. Features and entitlements may vary by account and may change as the platform develops.
Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information, protect your credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access through our official support channels. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless prohibited by applicable law.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security or tenant controls, interfere with service operation, upload unlawful or harmful material, infringe another person's rights, or use the platform in violation of applicable law.
Content and intellectual property
You retain rights in content you are entitled to submit. You grant us the limited rights necessary to host, process, and display that content to provide the service. AIF Platform, its software, design, and related materials remain owned by The Pirate Crew Marketing LLC or its licensors.
Third-party services
The platform may rely on or link to third-party services, including authentication and infrastructure providers. Their separate terms and policies may apply, and we are not responsible for services outside our control.
Availability and suspension
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may restrict access when reasonably necessary for security, maintenance, legal compliance, non-payment, misuse, or breach of these terms.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, AIF Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without implied warranties. The Pirate Crew Marketing LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the platform.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as AIF Platform develops. Continued use after an updated version takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
